NEW MINISTRY: Meet the people making up NSW's Labor Government, after 12 years of Liberal reign. Chris Minns has been sworn in as 47th Premier of NSW, along with his interim ministry, including Deputy Premier Prue Car. 9News MORE:

Labor last night conceded the seat of Balmain to the Greens, leaving the minor party with three lower house seats.

Among the seats that remain in doubt is Kiama, currently held by Liberal turned Independent MP Gareth Ward, who could be returned despite facing sexual assault charges. He has strenuously denied the allegations and is set to appear in court today.vote tracker shows Ward with 48.8 per cent of the two-party preferred vote currently, compared to 51.2 per cent for Labor candidate Kaitlyn McInerney.

With about two-thirds of the vote counted and fewer than a thousand ballots between them, the seat is still rated too close to call ahead of counting resuming today.
