KUALA LUMPUR, June 27 ― The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission has revamped its user complaints website with a new Consumer Redress Portal . According to the regulator which covers telecommunications, postal, broadcast and content, the new CRP offers upgraded features and improved user experience. It aims at addressing your complaints effectively while providing better support and faster resolutions.and it offers a new look.
To file a report, you’ll need to register an account and an email verification is required. Once you’re done, you can click on “New Complaint” for the intended sector and provide as much information as possible for your report. The CRP lets you track your submitted complaint and you can also get additional support as well.Before reporting your 4G, 5G or fibre broadband issues to the MCMC, users are urged to report the problem to their respective telcos and service providers first.
