The Solicitor-General’s legal opinion on the Indigenous Voice to Parliament has been released after the opposition repeatedly raised concerns key advice had been ignored.

The Solicitor-General added the “modest” reform would “enhance” Australia’s functioning of government. Prime Minister Anthony Albanese said the advice of the Solicitor-General was “very clear and unequivocal”.
