Kumyoung Choi, 42, has cooked up a batch of her favourite childhood dish, cornmeal cakes , to feed around 100 people . “This cornmeal was made of cooked, dried and ground corn, so it was a very convenient food for us because we could make it just by adding cold water, without gas, electricity or coal,” she told SBS Korean.
