Nor Iman, 23, melupakan kesakitan ditumbuk di bahagian muka pada separuh akhir semalam untuk menundukkan peserta Indonesia, Firman Muharram Syach.

Itu janji Ahmad Nor Iman Hakim Rakib sebelum turun ke gelanggang hari ini, dan dia mengotakan janjinya apabila menghadiahkan pingat emas kickboxing pertama buat Malaysia dalam sejarah Sukan SEA.Bagi Nor Iman, kecederaan di muka yang dihadapinya ketika pusingan separuh akhir menentang atlet tuan rumah, Tep Yinyan sebelum mencatat kemenangan 3-0 merupakan lumrah dalam sukan tempur sebegini.

Jurulatih skuad kickboxing negara, Jake Low menganggap kejayaan Nor Iman melayakkan diri ke final sudah menjangkaui sasaran awal iaitu untuk membawa pulang satu pingat gangsa.
