According to a recent report, Nokia is rolling out a September security update 2023 for XR21 5G. This update brings various security fixes.
For those unaware, the company releases these security patches periodically that are primarily focused on security vulnerabilities rather than performance or stability. The release of these updates depends on the device model, region, and location. Similar to the security patches from the other companies like Samsung and OnePlus.In a recent report by Nokiamob, some of the XR21 users have started receiving the security patch.
It is worth mentioning that the update size is around 63.26 MB and is currently available in Malaysia and the Netherlands. We can expect other markets to receive the update soon. The patch should pop up on the device automatically. However, if you have not received the notification, you can go to Settings > System Update > Check for updates.
