West Vancouver police are asking witnesses to come forward
Two people are lucky they aren’t more seriously hurt after a collision sent their vehicle crashing into the sea.
Officers arrived to discover that one vehicle had left the roadway, gone down a rock face and fallen into Burrard Inlet. Images of the scene show a black SUV on the roadway with a smashed up front end, and people escaping a half-sunken car in the ocean below. A concrete barrier appears to have been displaced in the crash.
