Independent Senator Jacqui Lambie says she will have “no other choice” than to vote for the energy bill to ensure relief gets through to people who “need it more than anybody else”.

“People will need relief just after the Christmas period and if this is a way of getting relief to those people

who need it most, then we have no other choice but to make sure that bill gets through,” she told Sky News Australia.
