“Any extra rainfall is likely to increase the risk of both riverine but more importantly with respect to this weather system increase the risk of flash flooding.” “We are going to get this done I don’t want unelected bureaucrats making decisions and getting in the way of saving lives and protecting property,” the Premier said on Wednesday morning.

“This is about streamlining those processes to make sure we get to a point where the minister approves this project as quickly as possible.”
