“The vehicle was apparently driving through the crowd and had nearly struck several people,” RCMP Staff Sgt. Kris Clark told CHEK News.Officers found the driver and conducted a series of sobriety tests, which indicated they were “seemingly under the influence of drugs,” according to Clark. He says they were issued a 24-hour driving prohibition.
