PUTRAJAYA: There is no order that prevents DAP members from voicing their political views, says party secretary-general Anthony Loke.

"I cannot put a gag order on everyone and say that they cannot express their opinions," he said when asked if the party would stop its leaders from making statements against unity government colleague Umno.

Ismail Sabri was referring to apparent friction between Umno and DAP reported by a Malay daily ahead of the coming six state elections.Perak DAP vice-chief Abdul Aziz Bari was recently reported to have said that Umno’s ability to regain Malay support remained uncertain following the results of GE15 in November.
