Gerakan Kuasa Rakyat Malaysia lodged a report at the police station in Kepayan here on Tuesday , claiming detractors had defamed the Chief Minister on social media.said the negative comments were made after Hajiji opened the United Sabah National Organisation headquarters in Penampang near here on Sunday .
During his speech, Hajiji, the longest-serving Sabah assemblyman, became emotional when recounting the start of his political life in Usno in 1990. The 67-year-old welled up after recalling how former chief minister and Usno founder Tun Mustapha Datu Harun handpicked him to be a candidate for Sulaman, a state seat that he has held for eight consecutive terms.He said the detractors edited a video of Hajiji, adding words intended to insult him.to our Premium Plan for an ad-free and unlimited reading experience!
