ST. JOHN'S, N.L. — Newfoundland Growlers’ forward Zach O'Brien is the Warrior Hockey ECHL player of the month for November. O'Brien, a 30-year-old from St.
O'Brien currently leads the ECHL in assists and points and is tied for third in plus/minus .
He is the second Growler this season to win the league's highest monthly honour, following Isaac Johnson in October. It marks the first time in franchise history that Growlers have won back-to-back ECHL player of the month awards.
