The run takes place on Sunday afternoon.
THUNDER BAY – There’s been a slight change to the course that runners and walkers will be travelling on for the 2024 edition of the Terry Fox Run.
The path still goes along Boulevard Lake, but will now be on the east side with an out-and-back route over the course of five kilometres. “We did look at a couple of other places, but the Salvation Army runs their Santa Shuffle, which is also a five-kilometre run, in December using the route that we’ve adopted.
“Don’t forget, Terry’s run stopped here in Thunder Bay so it’s always important that we have the run here, which we’ve done except for COVID,” Morrison said.
