Crews investigating cause of outage that started at around 12:45 p.m.
Nearly 600 customers were without power this afternoon after an unplanned outage hit the Sault's west end and Prince Township.
Line crews were investigating the cause of the interruption in service, which affected about 590 customers, according to a post on the PUC's website.If you have any information on the cause of the outage, you are urged to call the PUC emergency number at 759-6555.
