THE National Bureau of Investigation has set the initial hearing on the allegations of fraud and large scale estafa filed against actor/TV host Luis Manzano and officials of Flex Fuel Petroleum Corporation on February 20.There are now at least 50 individuals who have filed separate complaints against Manzano and Flex Fuel Petroleum Corporation before the NBI, which subpoenaed the actor last week to personally appear and answer the allegations.
