National kayaker Siti Nurul injured after hit by drunk driver

PETALING JAYA: The new Singaporean Prime Minister gets sworn in at 8 pm today (May 15).

PETALING JAYA: National kayaker Siti Nurul Masyitah Elias was seriously injured after being hit and dragged when the motorcycle she was riding collided with a car in Johor Baru.

Politeknik Ibrahim Sultan Mechanical Engineering Department's student association in a statement said Nurul, 22, is currently being treated at a private hospital for her injuries. "The victim's mother has spinal problems due to an accident while the victim's father needs dialysis treatment.Nurul won the bronze medal for the country in a kayak race during the SEA Games 2023.
