Mystery surrounds the body of a woman found behind a wall in the garage of a block of units in Alderley last month, as police launch a fresh appeal to identify the victim.
The remains were found by cleaners in a locked area behind a wall in the garage of a block of units in Alderley on December 7, 2022.
“As to their location prior to that, it is unclear as to whether they were here or they were in another location or moved here prior to November 2015. Picture: Tara Croser.Forensic examinations confirmed the remains to be of a Caucasian woman, between 155 and 165cm tall, with dark brown hair.The remains were described as"preserved" with signs of trauma, prompting police to treat the death as suspicious.
