The poll received more than 17 million votes with 57.5 per cent of respondents electing for him quit the role.I will resign as CEO as soon as I find someone foolish enough to take the job! Musk earlier mentioned he had no suitable successor lined up to take over the role.
Since the takeover Musk has made a series of changes to the platform that have been widely criticised, including laying off more than half of the company's workforce andMost recently Musk was slammed for suspending the Twitter accounts of several tech journalists for alleged breaches of a new rule against revealing people’s locations.
