Giuseppe (Joe) Violi, 52, is serving a 16-year-prison term for conspiring to import 200 to 300 kilograms of cocaine and three kilograms of fentanyl into Canada.

This month’s parole board decision concerning Giuseppe Violi notes that Project Otremens had GTA connections. At Giuseppe Violi’s June 2018 sentencing hearing, court was provided with 10 letters which praised his character, including one from a priest who said that Violi helped him learn how to drive.
