A man listed as the Muntinlupa police’s No. 8 most wanted person was arrested by authorities in Benguet province on Feb. 5.
At about 5:45 a.m. on Feb. 5, elements from the Muntinlupa police, together with Maj. Matthew Burgos, chief of the Itogon police, conducted Simultaneous Anti Criminality Law Enforcement Operation along Km. 5, La Trinidad, Benguet which led to the arrest of the suspect.
Daguio was arrested based on a warrant of arrest issued by Presiding Judge Romeo Buenaventura of the Muntinlupa Regional Court Branch 256 for a criminal case filed against him for violation of Republic Act 9165 . His bail was set at P200,000. The suspect is now detained at the Muntinlupa police’s custodial facility pending the issuance of a commitment order from the court.
