Lauren Hamilton has shared her impressive weight loss journey on TikTok, where she urges people 'not to give up' and 'stay motivated'
After losing an impressive 3st in just 12 weeks, a woman is inspiring others on their weight loss journey to 'not give up'. Lauren Hamilton once tipped the scales at 17st and 2lbs but managed to slim down to 13st and 13lbs in three months.
Lauren sets herself a goal of 20,000 steps on active days and still achieves a solid 10,000 even on her 'lazy' days. She also shared insights into her diet through a TikTok video, detailing meals that have aided her weight loss. Before switching up her lifestyle, Lauren felt the need to "cover up" due to difficulty finding clothes that fit comfortably. She said: "Everything I liked, didn't look right."
