Six illegal gamblers were arrested in the latest illegal gambling operation conducted by the members of Manila Police District (MPD) on Sunday, Nov. 20.

Six illegal gamblers were arrested in the latest illegal gambling operation conducted by the members of Manila Police District on Sunday, Nov. 20.

Police identified the suspects as Ariel Gonzaga Mendoza, 46, tricycle driver; Eduardo Nayon Udac, 60, tricyle driver; Felix Mendoza Nelgas, 57, driver; James Mendoza Canete, 39, helper; Ronie Estodillo Daculo, 35, helper; and Eric Nepol Planteras, 19, jobless, all residents of Tondo, Manila. The suspects were arrested for playing cara y cruz along Gate 13, Parola Compound, Brgy 20, Zone 2, Tondo, Manila at around 7 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 20.The arrested suspects will be charged with violation of P.D. 1602 or Anti-Illegal Gambling.
