Two motorcycle riders were charged following an alleged bag-snatching incident in Malabon City. The victim chased the suspects before their motorcycle collided with a truck at an intersection. The driver of the motorcycle died from severe injuries, while his passenger survived. Authorities recovered the victim's bag, containing identification cards, a cellphone, and P1,500 in cash, but P100,000 in money reportedly remains missing. The surviving suspect denied taking the cash and said the motorcycle was moving quickly when the collision occurred.
