A 25-year-old motorcycle rider has died in a two-vehicle crash in Adelaide's north, while a woman has been arrested for allegedly stabbing a man in Adelaide's CBD.

A motorcycle rider has been killed in a two-vehicle crash in Adelaide's northern suburbs last night.A 25-year-old man died at the scenePolice and emergency services were called to the intersection of Main North Road and Frost Roads, in Salisbury South, just before 9:00pm on Wednesday after a car and motorcycle collided.The driver of the other vehicle, a Mazda sedan, was a 23-year-old Greenwith woman.

Police are now calling for any witnesses of the crash, or anyone who may have dashcam footage, to come forward or contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.It was also the 13th motorcyclist fatality.Meanwhile, a woman has been arrested after allegedly stabbing a man in Adelaide's CBD last night. Police say they were called to North Terrace just after 11:00pm, after receiving reports that a 43-year-old Stirling North man had been stabbed in the stomach.

He was taken to the Royal Adelaide Hospital and his injuries are not considered to be life-threatening.The 41-year-old Kent Town woman was charged with aggravated assault causing harm.Police say it was not a random incident and both people are known to each other.
