Ambassador Fos is confident that with the agreement, there is an expected increase of 25,000 seafarers to be employed onboard Norwegian-flagged ships.The agreement fosters mutual interests and adherence to the Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping Convention, emphasizing compliance with national laws, conditions for recognition and technical cooperation.The agreement includes monitoring, training, assessment processes and periodic inspections of approved facilities.
