The claims in the 50-page document, which was obtained by Postmedia, have yet to be tested in court. The report says at least two alleged victims cited are from southern Alberta’s Tsuut’ina Nation and another is from the B.C. village of Keremeos, where a further sexual-assault charge was laid against Chasing Horse last week., who played Sioux tribe member Smiles a Lot in the Academy Award-winning film Dances With Wolves, was arrested at his North Las Vegas home on Jan.
