Mohamaddin can be forgiven if Warisan losses tomorrow, says Zahid FMTNews Sabah
KOTA KINABALU: BN chairman Ahmad Zahid Hamidi says former tourism, arts and culture minister Mohamaddin Ketapi can only be forgiven if he and his party, Warisan, is rejected at the Sabah polls tomorrow.
He said that he could not simply accept Mohamaddin's apology because the latter had insulted both the army and police in one of his recent campaign speeches, which sparked backlash after it went viral. Zahid, who was former defence minister, said he was personally hurt by Mohamaddin's statement, who had said that the 2013 Lahad Datu intrusion was a war between chickens and dogs.
"Because I was there and at that time insurgents really did come. I saw dead bodies everywhere,” he said in a programme on Facebook today. View More Commentary
