LCPL — The housing target for Mississauga’s Lakeview Village development was increased from 8,050 to 16,000 through a 2023 Ministerial Zoning Order. Phase one was approved by Mississauga City Council May 1.development that will enable Lakeview Community Partners Ltd. to launch construction of the first 8,050 housing units at the Lake Ontario waterfront site.
The agreement also sets aside land for a Peel District School Board school site and requires more transportation analysis.
