Today’s high is expected to be -3 under cloudy skies . Snowfall amounts of between 5 and 10 cm are possible. The wind will be northwesterly at 20 km/h, gusting to 40 early in the afternoon. Expect a -18 wind chill this morning and a -8 wind chill this afternoon. The UV index today is one, or low. Tonight, the skies will be partly cloudy. There is a 30-per-cent chance of flurries early in the evening. Northwest winds of 20 km/h could lighten early in the evening, but will bring a -16 wind chill in the evening and a -32 wind chill overnight. There is a risk of frostbite. The overnight low is -20.
