Michael Jordan's Charlotte Hornets have missed out on French prodigy Victor Wembanyama after the San Antonio Spurs were awarded with the first pick in the NBA draft.

Winning the first pick means the Spurs will almost certainly sign 7-foot-4 French sensation Victor Wembanyama who has been described as a “generational talent”.
