A Metro Vancouver resident was relaxing at home but immediately froze after finding out he and his wife won a hefty sum in the B.C. lottery.
Jeffrey Scott and Mari Volkaert scored the $500,000 Extra prize win from the Apr. 15 Lotto 6/49 draw.The Langley couple has no specific plans on how they'll spend their winnings but says the windfall "will make our life easier, that's for sure," says Volkaert.
