Metro Manila, parts of Luzon, W. Visayas to experience more rain showers, thunderstorms due to 'habagat' — PAGASA
A portion of Timog Ave. corner Sct. Tobias in Quezon City was flooded on Tuesday afternoon, June 8, 2021, after a thunderstorm brought heavy rains in some parts of Metro Manila.
Weather specialist Joey Figuracion said scattered habagat rain showers and thunderstorms will be experienced in Metro Manila, Pangasinan, Cavite, Batangas, Palawan, Oriental Mindoro, Occidental Mindoro, Central Luzon, and Western Visayas. Figuracion said the rest of the country will have generally fair weather conditions apart from isolated afternoon or evening rain showers or thunderstorms.
