Meghan Markle has appeared to shade her sister-in-law in a newly resurfaced blog post from 2014 despite claiming she “never researched” the Royal Family.
The Duchess of Sussex operated a lifestyle blog called The Tig from 2014 until 2017 and shared lifestyle tips, fashion advice and recipes. The relic provides telling insight into Meghan's pre-royal life when she was an actress on the American cable TV series Suits.
In the resurfaced post from 2014, the future Duchess interviews exiled Libyan royal Princess Alia Al-Senussi and muses about the concept of royalty. “Just look at the pomp and circumstance surrounding the royal wedding and endless conversation about Princess Kate,” the post read. The blog post appears to contrast with Meghan’s more recent public statements that she was largely unaware of the Royal Family before meeting Prince Harry.
