The outlet said the application is being "pored over by attorneys at the US government department" to "make sure it does not clash with any trademarks which have already been granted". Meghan has not yet publicly shared many details about her new business as the American Riviera Orchard website only features the brand's logo and the ability to join a waitlist for more info.
