MACTAN-CEBU International Airport continues to demonstrate its commitment to exceptional service by achieving Level 2 Airport Customer Experience Accreditation from Airports Council International .This milestone follows last year's historic achievement, where MCIA became the first airport in the Philippines to receive Level 1 accreditation.

Year after year, we refine our customer experience strategies by leveraging innovation and engaging in consultations with passengers and other stakeholders.
