MANCHESTER, England (Reuters) - Manchester United's stunning 4-3 comeback victory over Liverpool in extra time in the FA Cup quarter-finals on Sunday kept their trophy dreams alive and manager Erik ten Hag hopes it will also be the catalyst to turn around their Premier League fortunes.
PETALING JAYA: Politicians should not blindly call for a boycott over the controversial sale of socks bearing the word “Allah” at KK Super Mart outlets and instead focus on issues concerning public interest, say MCA leaders.
MCA vice-president Datuk Tan Teik Cheng said Umno Youth chief Dr Muhammad Akmal Salleh’s demands for apology banners at all KK Super Mart outlets nationwide would not resolve the issue and would only exacerbate racial tension. Umno Youth had demanded banners at all 881 of the supermarket’s outlets nationwide apologising over the socks issue.
