It is an opportunity to reflect and celebrate contributions made within the community to conserve, promote, and commemorate the past. Current Heritage Belleville Chair Karen Fisk states, “Janna has been a mentor to many in the Belleville community. She has deep family roots here and always stresses the importance of heritage as the heart of family and community.”

Previous recipients have included Paul Dinkel, Maury Flunder, Jamie Troke, St. Michael Catholic School, Bridge Street United Church, Sir James Whitney School, Studio 237, Signal Brewing Company and We Thrive.
