Loftus Peak Chief Investment Officer Alex Pollak says Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg has got the necessary infrastructure, connected users, and balance sheet to be able to launch a competitive product.
Mr Pollak’s remarks come as Meta Platforms plans to launch a new platform called ‘Threads’, which could rival Twitter.
“He simply has more to play with, and this is in his core space,” Mr Pollak told Sky News Business Editor Ross Greenwood.
