PRESIDENT Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr. on Thursday, December 12, 2024, instructed law enforcement and anti-corruption agencies to conduct smaller, but more frequent, operations targeting Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators that continue to operate in the country.

On Wednesday, Marcos also warned those involved in illegal Pogos that the full force of the law will be used to track and shut them down.'Kanselado na ang lahat ng lisensya ng Pogo at IGL sa buong bansa !' Marcos said in a social media post following a meeting with the multi-agency task force responsible for overseeing the shutdown of Pogos in the country.'Hindi na kailanman papayagang manalasa ang mga ito.
