PRESIDENT Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. on Tuesday said he is confident the legislative agenda of his administration will not be disrupted following the recent change in leadership in the Senate.
“Senator Chiz steps into this role following the commendable tenure of Senator Migz Zubiri, and I am confident that under his leadership, the Senate will continue to prioritize transformative laws to achieve our shared vision for a Bagong Pilipinas ,” Marcos said. “With CREATE MORE, we enhance the existing incentives by widening the range of eligible activities and providing greater flexibility in the application process. Additionally, it streamlines administrative procedures, reducing bureaucratic hurdles making it easier for businesses to access these benefits,” he said. Escudero replaced Senator Juan Miguel “Migz” F. Zubiri, who resigned from his post as Senate President on Monday.
