President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr has appointed former Interior Secretary Eduardo Año as his new National Security Adviser .
This after Marcos’ previous NSA, Professor Clarita R. Carlos, decided to transfer to the Congressional Policy and Budget Research Department to pursue her “scholastic endeavors.” Año was the second Cabinet official from the administration of former President Rodrigo R. Duterte, who was reappointed by Marcos to a new position, after Galvez Jr.
