A copy of the passenger manifest for the questioned flight from the Balagbag ramp of the NAIA on the night of February 13 showed seven names, one more than those indicated in the copy of the PNP Aviation Security Group.
Members of the PNP Avsegroup believe there were more than seven in the chartered plane.
"Nakatakbo po papasok yung tatlo at hindi po natin napasok yung aircraft," PNP Avsegroup chief Police Colonel Rhoderick Campo said. "Sa pagbibilang po namin, siyam po yung nakapasok na nakasakay sa aircraft,” he added. Senator Grace Poe on Wednesday delivered a privileged speech on an alleged human smuggling incident on February 13.
Poe said the PNP Avsegroup received a tip at 3:09 p.m. on Monday that six passengers had been declared for a flight set to depart for Dubai at 10:00 p.m.The Bureau of Immigration said the passengers of the chartered flight had undergone “correct procedures”.She said there were no irregularities and all the passengers had no derogatory record.
