Chido Obi-Martin announced his arrival as a star of the future with a stunning hat-trick as Manchester United Under-18s thrashed Nottingham Forest on Saturday.
Obi-Martin will no doubt be a star of the future given his goalscoring exploits already in such a young career. Making his full debut for United's Under-18s, the Dane required just the opening 14 minutes of their 6-0 win over Nottingham Forest to help himself to a hat-trick.
The 16-year-old justified Lawrence's decision with just 13 seconds on the clock, giving United's youngsters the dream start. The former Arsenal striker capitalised on a defensive error from Forest's Riko Robinson, who was attempting to play the ball back to his goalkeeper, rounded Keehan Willows and turned the ball home.
