A man will be extradited to New South Wales after he was arrested over the fatal stabbing of a man in western Sydney. 9News

Shane Naylor was found with stab wounds to his abdomen and head on Valeria Street in Toongabbie about 6.30pm on Janurary 7, 2022.A 45-year-old man died after a stabbing attack in Toongabbie.

Police said after extensive inquiries, with assistance from the Queensland Police Service, a 57-year-old man was arrested in Queensland, just after 10.30am yesterday. He was taken to Brisbane Magistrates Court on an arrest warrant, where NSW Police detectives were granted his extradition to NSW.
