The incident happened around 1:30 a.m. Monday near Eric Clarke Drive and Garrard Road.
First-responders encountered a 22-year-old man with multiple stab wounds. Paramedics brought the man to hospital in stable condition. Police say the suspect was at the scene but was initially uncooperative.
