A manhunt is under way after a man was shot during a home invasion allegedly involving seven men, a machete and two firearms in Sydney's south-west overnight.
Emergency services were called to a home on Mary Wade Place in Carnes Hill at about 12.45am.Cold, wet and windy conditions to hit multiple southern statesCCTV footage shows two cars pulling up to the house followed by a group of men exiting the cars and walking towards the home. Four people aged between 25 and 51 were home at the time.
