Gardai are appealing for witnesses to this incident to come forward
A man was taken to hospital for treatment to serious injuries after he was struck by a car outside Dublin Airport on Thursday.
Gardai cordoned off the scene for a time, however this has now been lifted. A Garda spokesman has confirmed that no arrests have yet been made. Officers are appealing for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to contact them.They said: "Gardai are appealing for witnesses to a collision which occurred outside Dublin Airport Terminal 2, this morning, Thursday 10th October 2024. The collision occurred at approximately 6:05am and involved a car and a pedestrian.
"A scene was held which has now been lifted. . Any road users or pedestrians who may have camera footage from outside Dublin Airport - Terminal 2 near the Atrium Exit Road, between 5:50am to 6:15am is asked to make this footage available to Gardai.
