It happened last night and claimed the life of 39-year-old Dustin Soubeih. Police say it happened on Kappes St near Morris Street and Belmont Avenue.
Anthony Montgomery said two friends got into an argument, which resulted in the shooting death of Dustin Soubeih Monday night.
Montgomery said Dustin Soubeih and a friend of theirs got into an argument. When Montgomery said he got Soubeih to cool off a little bit, things took a dramatic turn. "Obviously, we have to do everything that we can as an agency, that's number one, in making sure the community is safe and our officer's safety is there. Sometimes we do have to gather search warrants to enter the home. So, our agency is practicing slowing things down in order to give suspects an opportunity to surrender," said IMPD Ofc. William Young.
