Durham police, along with South Simcoe and Halton police, assisted their counterparts in York with the investigation. On February 9, investigators arrested Wrayal DaCosta, 40, of Vaughan, on two counts of breaking and entering.He has been linked to at least 10 other break-and-enters in South Simcoe, Durham and Halton.
